Tubular Tyres

Tubular bicycle tyres, also known as "tubs," feature a fully enclosed inner tube stitched inside a tyre casing, which is then glued or taped to a specific tubular rim. Favoured by professional road racers and cyclocross riders, they offer lightweight performance, superior ride quality, and excellent cornering grip. However, they require specialised rims and can be more challenging to repair compared to clincher or tubeless tyres.
