PureGrip Compound - The excellent compound technology
Based on the activated silica compound, a single-minded approach was taken towards a compound technology in the performance segment. The result Continental's research and development department in Korbach produced a new compound technology with excellent grip and cross-country skiing properties after intensive development efforts. The new rubber compound with the self-explanatory name "PureGrip" joins the BlackChili Compound and is used in performance products in the race and mountain bike segments. ShieldWall System - Leaves nothing to be desired
The ShieldWall system combines the optimal combination of high puncture protection and the best smooth running with low weight. This is made possible by an additional, all-round puncture protection layer, which consists of a finely woven cross fabric. This gives the tire a high level of resistance to punctures and injuries.
